1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards. We accept refund or replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item was lost in transit and not delivered within 45 days

We do not accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item is defective.


2. Timeframe

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date (or 45 days from order date for lost packages).


3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or replacement, please contact us at support@primevibestore.store with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or video of the damaged/defective item (if applicable)

We will respond within 1–2 business days and guide you through the resolution process.


4. Refund Options

Once your request is approved, we offer:

  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for future purchases
  • Free replacement of the same item

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.


5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Orders where an incorrect address was provided by the customer
  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes paid by the customer

6. Discreet Resolution

All refund and return communications are handled with complete confidentiality. We will never reference product details in any external communications without your consent.
